Growing Younger? It's Not Impossible to Do

A first thought would be that no one wants to get older. If we think more about it this is not true. In fact, we all want to grow old because we want to live. Getting older doesn't also mean you want to look or act older too. In order to trick aging into happening slower you need to know some tips.
Everyone says it: "Drink at least 2 liters of water per day to stay healthy and look good too!". But do you know why the following affirmation is true? Well, this is in fact true because our body is composed mainly from water (over 90%). If our body isn't hydrated enough we suffer. Our skin shows it too. Your skin is not the only thing affected. Your organs also need water. Your organism knows water is more vital for your internal organs. Skin will be the first thing to suffer.
Water also cleans your system. It will flush toxins and other bad material found in your body. Not drinking water will help the toxins remain in your body. There's no need to drink lots of water. The best thing to do is to drink water often and make it a daily routine.
The third and last tip is to eat healthy. Do you know that old saying: "We are what we eat!" ? Well, it's true. The food you eat today will have a big impact on how you will look in the future. I am talking long-term here. At old age you will look younger and feel better if you eat healthy foods now.
