WARNING: Coffee may be rejected by some bodies on grounds of incompatibility, and medical tests should be done before this procedure is allowed. Under no circumstances do not try to manage at home a coffee enema: the risks are too high, even death can sometimes occur shortly after taking this very complex procedure.
Coffee enemas are the enema-related procedure of inserting coffee into the anus to cleanse the rectum and large intestines. The primary endpoint of coffee enemas is not, as one might think, cleaning the colon of impurities, but to detoxify the liver, and special measures and care in the administration of such enemas are necessary to achieve the desired level of efficiency. Some doctors strongly believe and advise patients to use coffee enemas, but others condemn the practice and disagree with it. Coffee enemas administering never independently, without medical supervision, because the risks are too high, and deaths were reported as a direct result of irresponsible management of such procedures. In private clinics in Germany and Austria for example, coffee enemas are part of a more complex treatment, which can stop the evolution of cancer or increase body immunity.
Coffee enemas stimulate the liver to release toxins from the colon more easily. There is extensive documentation that shows in detail how these processes occur in the body: coffee must be at a certain temperature and the patient carefully prepared in advance for the procedure. Not only liver detoxification occurs following the administration of coffee enemas, but it also has some positive effects on peripheral circulation from the anus and colon, it cleans better the intestine and muscle pain can be relieved.
Coffee enemas are contraindicated in people who suffer from gastrointestinal disease, those suffering from hemorrhoids, heart disease patients and those recently operated or suffering from hernia. Pregnant women and children should avoid coffee enemas.
