Stress and an unhealthy lifestyle can affect our heart. To prevent, but also to treat heart problems, here are some natural remedies.

Rosemary:Due to the high content of flavonoids, rosemary, and eliminates the inconvenience regulates heart rhythm or palpitations caused by tensions. Add a cup of rosemary to the barbs of two cups of 60 degrees alcohol and let soak for two weeks. After straining the mixture, drink half a teaspoon every two hours for a week. Rose Hip: Rose hip is great for your heart if you suffer from hypertension; they prevent the occurrence of bleeding from arteries or blood vessels, protecting the heart. To prepare rosehip infusion, boil 500 ml water and add two tablespoons of crushed fruit. The tea should be sweetened with honey and you must drink it twice a day.
